Late applications for dropping of subjects and filing Leave of Absence (LOA) for First Semester AY 2021-2022 will not be accepted

Dear Students,
Please be informed that we will NOT accept applications for dropping of subjects or Leave of Absence (LOA) beyond the following deadlines.

Other important dates can be found here.

If you plan to drop subjects or file for LOA, make sure that you submit your application to your department/program clerk not later than the deadline.
