The Gawad Tsanselor and Service Awards is given to the outstanding members of the University of the Philippines Cebu’s faculty, administrative staff, and REPS, based on their exceptional performance in instruction, research, creative, and administrative work. The selection of the awardees is done through a thorough process that includes nominations, evaluations, and screening by a committee appointed by the Chancellor.
